What is the cheapest town to reside in Florida?

Concern by catlady: What is the cheapest city to dwell in Florida?
I have quite very good close friends that are retired and have a challenging time dwelling on their social stability checks every single thirty day period. I was asking yourself if any person would know the cheapest location to purchase a property in Florida. I heard Suzie Orman point out a area but I can’t keep in mind the city she was speaking about. Suzie Orman said you could get a 150K home for 7K. Any support aid would be much apprecaited…thank you in advance.

Mobile home parks for seniors. You can buy a mobile home for $ 3000-up. Then you pay about $ 500 for park rent. Parks with no pool and no amenities would be less.

Mobile home parks are all over FL but most are in the Clearwater/Dunedin area.
The better ones have lots of activities, fitness center, library, potlucks, games, parties, etc. FUN!

Orman is an idiot. Any 7k house needs a LOT of work.
